SEARCH FOR NEW PROPERTIES ON TAGUS NOVO
You enter the specifics of the desired property yourself using our search engine for new developments.
To do this, you have a wide choice of filters, allowing you to carry out several personalized searches consecutively according to your needs:
- Type of property (New apartment / House / Villa)
- Type / Number of bedrooms (in Portugal a T1 corresponds to a property with 1 bedroom, T3 to 3 bedrooms…)
- Search area (region, department or city)
Once you have entered your criteria, click on the “SEARCH” button to launch the search!
You get a results page with a selection of all the homes available for sale based on your own search criteria.
You can then refine your search by specifying more criteria, which allows you to reduce the number of properties offered and adjust your selection of new properties:

- Click on “Make an offer to purchase” to activate our FREE legal service.
- TAGUS NOVO communicates your offer to the developer/builder.
- Once the offer is accepted, TAGUS NOVO’s legal department checks the contracts with its lawyers specialized in real estate law in Portugal before committing you.
- You will receive a notification once the contracts have been validated for signature.
- You sign the reservation of the property or the promise to purchase (remotely or in person).
